Alberta's Gem - Lake Louise

After all the Newfoundland's pictures I have posted, I felt a little guilty that I haven't had many pictures of Calgary or Alberta posted yet. So, I have decided to share with you a lovely series of Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada. I do not have much to say about this place except for that it is absolutely gorgeous and it will take your breathe away either you are standing right in front of it or looking at its pictures.
Download these gorgeous pictures of our beautiful nature for free for your phone's background or computer's wallpaper. Leave me a comment below if you want to get a print of the pictures. Photos will be framed and sized to your personal interests (if you want a postcard version I could do that as well.)
Email me or leave me a comment for further information! :)

Newfoundland (Part II) - Cape Spear

In this post, I am going to introduce you to the second greatest place in Newfoundland, Cape Spear. Here is one of the other sides of the island where it also borders the Atlantic Ocean. However it is not that aspect that makes this place special, Cape Spear is actually the most easterly point of all over North America. Depends on which direction you are walking from, this is where Canada starts or ends. Cool right! What I love most about Newfoundland is that anywhere you go, there will be the ocean and where ever you can see the ocean, there is the possibility that you can stand right in front of or in the ocean and look out in a distance and you can't identify where the line between the ocean and the sky lies anymore.

This is the new light house that was built a few decades ago. Although the old one is still on the hill, this is the one that's actually up and going.

This is the way that leads up to Cape Spear. We were driving through a field of trees to get there; I am actually not too sure if it is a forest then the Newfie just built the highway or something... :p

This is me climbing down the hill to be at one of the most easterly rocks in North America!!

Like I said in the previous post, due to the feature of gorgeousness of Newfoundland, a chill day out would turn into a mini photoshoot for me and Dasha. So here are some of the pictures I took of Dasha while we were visiting Cape Spear for the first time! We didn't even visit it like a normal "tourist" would do. Since there was fee to go in the light house, gun house and whatever house there was, we just climb down the hill to the ocean. I'm not even sure if we were allowed to do that. And also, that is why there was no one else around so we technically could roll around all we could and take as many pictures as we pleased. It was quite great!

WARNING: The next few pictures might contain NSFW rated pictures... You might or might not show them to your children or let your wife know what you were looking up on the Internet... :p Just kidding, I tried not to expose too much of anything. :)

Newfoundland - Flat Rock

I was transferred out East to work for the summer and it was one of the most amazingly gorgeous places I have ever been to my entire life. My friend Dasha and I would sometimes go on little adventures by ourselves or with the group. There was never a purposely photo-shoot but the scenery was always so perfect that a casual day out would turn into a mini photo-shoot.
So, this is Flat Rock. By far, my very most favourite place on Earth. It amazes me that I could actually stand right by the Atlantic Ocean; or literally sat in it. All the streams, waterfalls, rivers.. everything goes here and there I was, right in front of my eyes was the enormous Atlantic Ocean. The streams were really strong that we actually could sit on the rocks and the water would run us down towards the ocean like we were on water slides!

The pictures were back lit but I actually just love this a lot better with the outlines of Dasha's body among the ocean, rocks and nature.

P.S. I just wanted to mix up the atmosphere around here before you think I have only Jenna as my friend.... :p To Be Continued (with both of Jenna's and Dasha's pictures). I'm going back to studying for my midterms now! :(

Calgary Autumn

It is that time of the year again!! The little transition Calgary gets from the summer to the winter, called the fall even though it lasts for a very short while in Calgary. I was walking home today from school and I could not help but noticed all the leaves are turning drastically yellow. It was so breathtakingly beautiful that I had to pull out my iPhone to snap some shots. All these falling leaves and trees turning yellow are making me anxious to have a nice relaxing day, walking around and taking gorgeous fall photographs. These are my quick shots from the phone today. I will get my head out of my books and midterms and go for a walk this weekend, before all the leaves are gone.

Downtown Calgary - Jenna (Part I)

After a night of trying to figure how to open an Etsy shop, just to find out that they would actually rob me for any post or any photograph I would ever publish on their website; I had given up and decided to open a blog instead. I have always wanted to open a blog dedicated greatly to my art works and photographs and here I am! Finally after years of procrastination, and also at least now my art isn't as yucky as it was before, I am now totally and entirely confident to show the world my work. I would like to thank my boyfriend Ryan and my friend Jenna for giving me the courage to actually show my works to the public <3
Last Saturday September 21st, my lovely roomie Jenna agreed to be my model for the day after my extreme craving for some Art and Photography for days. We went to downtown Calgary on a beautiful sunny Saturday. It could not have been any more perfect.
I have been obsessed with B&W so I dedicated this whole series to said effect. I aimed for a classical city girl theme, Audrey Hepburn (the classiest woman ever) was my main inspiration for the whole series. (Audrey Hepburn will always be my inspiration for anything, to be honest.)
Our day was broken down into a few different themes and outfits... So here are only the few of the first part of our day. Enjoy <3

Well, I hope you enjoyed my first published blog ever! Ciao xo
